采用组成为冰晶石分子比2.7~2.9、LiF3~3.5%、MgF_22~3%、CaF_24%的锂铝电解质,在国内首次提出了有效降低锂盐单耗的粉状 Li_2CO_3添加技术,并采用与其含锂铝电解质相适应的工艺技术条件,对铝电解添加锂盐的节能型、增产节能型进行了实验。结果表明,电流效率提高1.46~1.93%;吨铝节电338~383度;获利润6.4~50.52元。通过各项经济技术指标及经济效益的比较,说明增产节能型更有利于铝电解生产。
A Li-Li-Electrolyte with a composition of cryolite with a molecular ratio of 2.7 to 2.9, LiF3 to 3.5%, MgF 22 to 3% and CaF 24% was firstly proposed in China for the purpose of effectively reducing the unit consumption of lithium salt, Lithium-aluminum electrolyte phase technology conditions suitable for the lithium-based aluminum electrolysis added energy-saving, energy-saving experiments were conducted. The results show that the current efficiency increased 1.46 ~ 1.93%; tons of aluminum saving 338 ~ 383 degrees; profit 6.4 ~ 50.52 yuan. Through the economic and technical indicators and the comparison of economic benefits, indicating that increasing energy-saving is more conducive to the production of aluminum electrolysis.
