Beaufoy 和 Sparkes 提出的把晶体管视为电荷控制器件的想法,无论从概念上或者在分析上都是研究晶体管的一个有用的方法。文中将电荷控制理论已应用到开关线路设计者所感兴趣的一些问题上。本文首先把电荷控制理论作一扼要的复述,以提供一个研究问题的依据。其次,应用这个理论来详细地阐述“立即需要的电流增益”β_s 及其对线路设计的影响。再次,把为开关时间所推导的基本方程应用到 RCTL 电路上,并导出上升、存贮及下降时间的方程。最后,用特别简单而独特的方法推导了寄生电容对开关时间的影响。
Beaufoy and Sparkes’ idea of treating transistors as charge-control devices is a useful way of studying transistors, both conceptually and analytically. In this paper, the theory of charge control has been applied to the switch line designers are interested in some of the issues. In this paper, we first make a brief review of the charge control theory to provide a basis for the study of the problem. Second, apply this theory to elaborate on the “immediate current gain” β_s and its effect on the line design. Again, the basic equations derived for the switching time are applied to the RCTL circuit and the equations for rise, storage and fall times are derived. Finally, the influence of parasitic capacitance on the switching time is deduced in a particularly simple and unique way.
