基于R语言的GGE双标图在江苏省玉米联合体区域试验中的应用
摘 要:通过基于R语言的GGE双标图法分析了5个玉米新组合的丰产性、稳产性和适应性,同时分析了7个试验点对参试组合的区分力和代表性。结果表明:神龙美玉28高产且稳产;LY1825较高产,但穩产性稍差。综合各试验点的区分力和代表性,东辛试点的区分力和代表性最好,是较理想的试验点。

Application of GGE-biplot Based on R Language for Regional Trial on Maize Varieties Consortium in Jiangsu

Abstract: This paper used GGE-biplot based on R language to analyze high-yield,stability and adaptability of maize yield,with five new maize hybrid combinations planted in Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, representativeness and discrimination of seven different testing sites was analyzed. The results showed that, ‘Shennongmeiyu28’ was both the combination with a high and stable yield,and ‘LY1825’ had a relatively high yield also, but its stability was a bit poor. In terms of discrimination and representativeness, Dongxin had the best discrimination and representativeness and it was the best testing site.

2016年1月,全国农技中心颁布了《关于受理国家审定主要农作物品种联合体试验申请的通知》[1],提倡并鼓励科企积极组建联合体自主安排试验,进一步扩宽了审定渠道,促进了种业的科学化发展[2]。
