In recent years, the upsurge of studying grain amaranth (ie grain amaranth) has been raised at home and abroad. Some people predict that grain amaranth will become the new grain crop in the 21st century. For its development and utilization in China to provide a scientific basis, the Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Crop Genetics of the hospital introduced the United States grain amaranth nutrition evaluation.
