如何提高英语课堂教学实效性和学生英语科学业成绩,一直是困扰学校办学的难题。我校围绕这一教学难题,有针对性地积极组织研讨,从高一年级的第二学期开始,尝试分层走班教学,探索课堂教学的有效途径,期望能有一点突破和成绩,积累课堂教学改革的经验。我校高一年级有十个教学班,五名英语教师,现在增加两名,组成七人英语教师团队。原高一(1)班和(2)班分别选出三十名学生组建走班(1)和走班(2),由一位教师任教;从高一(3)、(5)、(7)、(9)
