选择北京市大兴区为研究区,结合不同水管理模式下水资源转换数据,并参考和吸收有关成果经验,遵循科学性、综合性、可操作性、一致性、可比性及目标性等原则,从灌溉用水效率、主要作物水分生产率、区域耗水量、区域用水量、水资源开发利用程度和水资源水质等6个方面构建了灌溉用水管理指标体系.相关性分析表明:所构建的灌溉用水管理评价指标体系中各指标彼此间存在信息重叠问题;为解决指标体系全面性与独立性问题,提出了基于主成分分析的灌溉用水管理评价方法,并利用Kolmogorov-Smiromov(K-S)正态分布检验概率(Pk-s)对综合主成分得分分值的统计分布进行了非参数检验,在此基础上获得不同用水管理模式下灌溉用水管理评价分类.
Based on the principle of scientific, comprehensive, operable, consistency, comparability and goal, this paper chooses Daxing District of Beijing as the research area and combines the data of water resources conversion under different water management modes with reference to and absorption of relevant achievements and experiences. Irrigation water efficiency, main crop water productivity, regional water consumption, regional water consumption, water resources development and utilization level and water quality, etc. The correlation analysis shows that the evaluation of irrigation water management In order to solve the problem of comprehensiveness and independence of index system, a method based on principal component analysis is proposed to evaluate irrigation water management, and the Kolmogorov-Smiromov (KS) normal distribution test is used to test the probability ( Pk-s) conducted a nonparametric test on the statistical distribution of the scores of the integrated principal component scores. Based on this, we obtained the classification of irrigation water management evaluation under different water management models.
