新时期国家提出发展现代化的职业教育体系。在2014年国务院颁布的《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中提出,2020年形成适应发展需求、产教深度融合、中职高职衔接、职业教育普通教育相互沟通,体现终身教育理念,具中国特色、世界水平的现代职教体系。高职院校必须深化教育教学改革,创新教育教学模式,以适应国家对于职业教育的发展要求。本文首先介绍对中国职业教育发展的认识,然后阐述“后示范时期”的高职院校的发展思路,再分析现代职业教育人才培养思路,最后从自身来思考青年教师如何适应现代职业教育发展。 The new period puts forward the development of a modern vocational education system.
