公路部门内管干部经济责任审计作为领导干部经济责任审计的有效延伸,是实现经济责任审计全覆盖,加强公路部门内部管理的重要举措。当前,公路事业处在转型发展的关键时期,如何将《党政主要领导干部和国有企业领导人员经济责任审计规定》同公路部门管理现状相结合,科学构建内管干部经济责任审计评价指标,发挥内部经济责任审计的综合监督作用,本文作者结合自己的工作经历,从事业发展、综合管控、财务管理、廉政建设等六个方面作了简要分析。 As an effective extension of the economic responsibility audit of leading cadres, the audit of economic responsibility of the cadres in the highway departments is an important measure to achieve full coverage of economic responsibility audits and to strengthen the internal management of the highway departments.
