伴随我国市场经济不断深化,我国企业也开始逐渐趋向成熟,企业项目的利润也不断扩大。但是与此同时,一些企业项目的经济利益带来的问题也随之出现,并变成了予以重视的重点问题。作为政府不断加强宏观调控,落实政策,不断完善监管制度,使企业市场越来越规范。在市场竞争更加激烈的今天,如何能够使企业发展、成长、扩大并拥有一席之地,这是企业不得不要面对的一个问题。要加强企业的项目成本控制与管理,这就必须建立起系统的成本控制与管理系统,对于企业,成本管理与控制系统,这是企业之间的竞争关键。本论文就是基于此背景,来阐述A企业项目成本管理的途径。
With the continuous deepening of China’s market economy, Chinese enterprises have also begun to gradually become more mature, and the profits of corporate projects are also constantly expanding. However, at the same time, the problems brought by the economic interests of some enterprise projects also appear and become the key issues to be paid attention to. As the government continuously strengthens macroeconomic regulation and control and implements policies, it constantly improves the regulatory system so that the enterprise market is getting more and more standardized. In the increasingly fierce market competition today, how to enable enterprises to develop, grow, expand and have a place, which is the business have to face a problem. To strengthen the project cost control and management of enterprises, which must establish a systematic cost control and management system, the enterprise, cost management and control system, which is the key competition among enterprises. This paper is based on this background, to illustrate the A business project cost management approach.
