平禹一矿“10.19”突水灾害发生后,仅用105天就完成注浆堵水工程,治水工程的堵水率达到100%。矿井比原计划提前4个月恢复生产。最终科学、快速、高效、节约地完成了复矿工作,使淹井造成的损失减少到最低,复矿速度在国内同类淹井事故恢复中处于领先水平。水害治理方案科学合理、先进高效。制定的先盖帽封堵突水口及突水通道(即先截流,截断流向矿井的地下水),后进一步充塞止水塞加固底板(即后堵源治本)的治水思路,符合实际、科学合理。为今后类似矿井水害的治理和快速复矿提供了借鉴的典范。
