针对中国先进压水堆(CAP)系列三代核电厂新型核级树脂的选型设计,选用2种不同交联度(16%与8%)的凝胶型阳离子交换树脂,通过动态模拟试验评估产品性能指标差异可能造成树脂运行方面的影响。结果表明:交联度较高(如16%)的均粒树脂在去污能力、运行寿命、运行压差及经济性等方面更具优势,故CAP系列放射性废液处理系统离子交换工艺设计推荐采用高交联度的树脂。
Aiming at the selection and design of the new type of nuclear resin in the third generation of China’s Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor (CAP) series, two kinds of gel-type cation exchange resins with different crosslinking degrees (16% and 8%) were selected and the products were evaluated by dynamic simulation Differences in performance indicators may cause resin operation impact. The results showed that the average particle size of resin with higher degree of cross-linking (such as 16%) is superior in decontamination capacity, service life, operating pressure and economy, so the design of ion exchange process for CAP series radioactive waste liquid treatment system High degree of crosslinking of the resin.
