随着科学技术的发展和人民生活水平提升,人们开始追求居住或办公环境的舒适化、安全化、节能化,智能建筑顺势而生。本次研究以用户对智能建筑电气自动化系统的实际需求入手,根据用户的需求及其未来发展趋势,基于通信技术、网络技术等设计一款电气自动化系统,进一步阐述该系统照明控制、视频监控、给排水等子系统设计及实现方法,以期达到智能化、网络化管理建筑物的目的,具有较好的推广和应用价值。
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, people began to pursue the comfort, safety and energy saving of living and working environment, and the smart buildings came into being. Based on the actual needs of users in the intelligent building electrical automation system, this study designs an electrical automation system based on the user’s needs and its future development trends, based on communication technology and network technology, and further elaborates the lighting control, video monitoring, Drainage and other subsystems design and implementation methods, in order to achieve the purpose of intelligent, network management of buildings, with good promotion and application value.
