为了降低葡萄卷叶病毒侵染对酿酒葡萄造成的损失,提高葡萄产量和品质,以’赤霞珠’为试材,研究谢花后叶面喷施壳寡糖处理对葡萄果实糖分卸载和果实品质的影响结果表明,壳寡糖处理没有显著影响葡萄结果枝叶片中病毒的含量,但可提高果实转化酶和ATPase酶活性,促进糖分卸载速率,其中100mg/L壳寡糖(T2)在处理后40~80d显著提高了果实转化酶和ATPase酶活性,显著促进果实糖分卸载,采收时果实品质得到显著提高。因此,在谢花后,叶面喷施适当浓度壳寡糖可以通过调节转化酶和ATPase酶活性来促进果实糖分的积累,提高已感染卷叶病毒葡萄的果实品质。
