分子克隆技术的发展,使β受体的分子结构与功能调节的研究进展迅速。最近阐明了β受体的两个亚型蛋白质的一级结构,推列出了其二级与三级结构.并把此结构与β受体的各功能域联系起来,研究β受体的共价修饰与功能调制的关系。利用其它分子生物学技术,对β受体基因的基本结构与表达调节也进行了充分的研究。本文总结了近年这些方面的成就,并讨论了今后的发展方向。
The development of molecular cloning technology, the β-receptor molecular structure and functional regulation of the rapid progress.
