Objective: To study the clinical value of low-dose CT scanning in the diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer. Methods: A total of 124 patients with suspected early lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 patients in each group. The observation group was given low-dose spiral CT scan, the control group was given conventional dose spiral CT scan, comparative analysis of the differences between the two groups of patients. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the two groups in spiral CT scan image quality and effective release dose ratio, with statistical significance. However, there was no significant difference in the detection rate of early lung cancer between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Although the quality of low-dose spiral CT scan images is slightly lower than that of routine dose CT scan images, it will not have a serious impact on the diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer and can be widely used clinically.
