In March 1994, a million people’s army of the People’s Liberation Army gathered in the north bank of the Yangtze River and the battle of crossing the river was erupted soon. Zhang Aiping, deputy commander of the Central Military Command of the Central China Military Region who returned to the Soviet Union from the wounds of the Soviet Union soon became fully aware that the war of liberation is now coming to an end and the war-hardened Chinese nation will gain peace and tranquility. He was very excited about this, regardless of their serious injuries, and the driver to drive, speeding to the front of the Dujiang Campaign Resident Bengbu. He was determined to attend this crucial first war that finally dug the heart of the enemy and buried the Chiang dynasty. Zhang Aiping did not do so. Chen Yi, commander of the East China Military District and commander of the third field army, handed him another task: presided over the formation of the East China Navy of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. History has proved that Zhang Aiping need not regret for failing to participate in the great historical significance of the Dujiang Campaign. On the first page of the history of the People’s Navy, he left many stories and poems that flow through the ages.
