在熔模精密铸造的制壳过程中,蜡模浸渍涂料是十分重要的操作。涂料的各种物理参数的变化,直接影响壳型的质量。通常使用的涂料桶是一个带有搅拌桨叶的开口式圆筒,不带任何控制和测量装置。在操作过程中,涂料的粘度、比重和温度是不断变化的,这可能导致壳型厚薄不均或强度不足,甚至可能引起蜡模变形。通常这些参数靠人工测量,误差较大。
Molding in the casting process, the wax mold impregnated coating is a very important operation. Coatings of various physical parameters change, a direct impact on the quality of the shell. The paint bucket that is usually used is an open cylinder with stirring blades without any control or measuring device. During operation, the viscosity, specific gravity and temperature of the coating are constantly changing, which may lead to uneven thickness or strength of the shell, and may even cause deformation of the wax mold. Usually these parameters rely on manual measurement, the error is larger.
