目的 :测定贵州不同地点栽培的杜仲中微量铅、砷、汞含量。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度法。结果 :按本文选定的测定条件测定 ,铅、砷浓度在 0~ 0 6 μg·mL-1,汞浓度在 0~ 0 0 5 μg·mL-1范围内线性良好。铅、砷、汞的平均回收率分别为 95 80 % ,96 5 0 % ,95 10 % ;RSD分别为 2 1% ,2 6 % ,3 0 % (n =5 )。结论 :药材的砷和汞含量与种植环境有密切关系。
Objective : To determine trace lead, arsenic and mercury in Eucommia ulmoides cultivated at different locations in Guizhou. Methods: Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used. RESULTS: According to the measurement conditions selected in this paper, the concentration of lead and arsenic was 0 to 60 μg·mL-1, and the mercury concentration was linear in the range of 0 to 005 μg·mL-1. The average recoveries of lead, arsenic, and mercury were 95.8%, 96.5%, and 95.0%, respectively; RSDs were 21%, 26.6%, and 30% (n=5), respectively. Conclusion : The arsenic and mercury contents of herbs are closely related to the planting environment.
