目的了解护理学生艾滋病的知识、态度及行为(KAB)情况,为开展艾滋病相关知识的教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取某医科大学1~2年级护理专科学生603名,采用自行设计问卷调查。结果学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓率为50.4%~99.2%。学生艾滋病相关知识得分为(9.67±0.74)分,学生艾滋病相关态度得分为(25.47±1.77)分,二年级得分高于一年级(26.86±1.67/23.17±2.01,t=3.96,P<0.05),男生得分低于女生(24.38±1.78/26.21±1.41,t=2.41,P<0.05)。学生对艾滋病患者工作态度得分为(17.22±2.45)分,二年级得分高于一年级(18.11±2.49/16.38±2.18,t=2.66,P<0.05),男、女生得分差异无统计学意义。艾滋病相关知识得分和相关态度得分之间具有相关性(r=0.36,P<0.05)。结论学生对艾滋病知识知晓程度和相关态度较好,但某些方面仍需加强,亟需在医学教育中开展有针对性的艾滋病相关知识和技能的教育。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behavior (KAB) of nursing students about AIDS and provide the basis for the education of HIV / AIDS related knowledge. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 603 nursing students of Grade 1 ~ 2 in a medical university. The questionnaire was designed by themselves. Results The students’ awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 50.4% ~ 99.2%. AIDS-related knowledge score of students was (9.67 ± 0.74) points, AIDS related attitude score was (25.47 ± 1.77) points, sophomore grade was higher than the first grade (26.86 ± 1.67 / 23.17 ± 2.01, t = 3.96, P <0.05) , Boys scored lower than girls (24.38 ± 1.78 / 26.21 ± 1.41, t = 2.41, P <0.05). The score of students’ attitudes towards AIDS patients was (17.22 ± 2.45) points, the second grade was higher than the first grade (18.11 ± 2.49 / 16.38 ± 2.18, t = 2.66, P <0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female students. There was a correlation between AIDS-related knowledge scores and relevant attitude scores (r = 0.36, P <0.05). Conclusions Students’ awareness of AIDS knowledge and attitudes are good, but some aspects still need to be strengthened. It is urgent to educate AIDS-related knowledge and skills in medical education.
