醋酸氟来卡因(Flecainidc Acetate)系Schmid等于1975年合成,该药能延长犬心脏浦倾野纤维单细胞标本的有效不应期,降低跨膜动作电位0位相最大上升速率,而不影响动作电位间期;4位相除极化斜率几乎不发生改变。动物实验进一步表明醋酸氟来卡因无显著抗胆碱能作用,亦无α和β抗肾上腺素能作用。该药抑制希氏—浦倾野束,对H—V传导作用最强。健康人的血浆平均半衰期为14小时(范周7~22小时),心脏病人可延长至约20小时。本文旨在评价此药静脉注射对顽同性室性早搏(PVC)病人的作用。
Flecainidc Acetate Schmid was synthesized in 1975, which can prolong the effective refractory period of single-cell specimens of Puganye fibers in dogs and reduce the maximum rate of 0-phase transmembrane action potential without affecting the action Potential interval; 4 phase polarization gradient almost does not change. Animal experiments further showed that there was no significant anticholinergic effect of flocculant acetate nor alpha and beta anti-adrenergic effects. Healthy people’s plasma average half-life of 14 hours (Van Week 7 ~ 22 hours), heart patients can be extended to about 20 hours. This article aims to evaluate the role of intravenous injection of this drug in patients with stubborn premature ventricular contractions (PVC).
