军队装备中修具有技术规范要求的特定目标,有明确的开始结束日期,有经费限制,涉及不同单位的多个职能部门,具有一定规模和复杂度,符合项目的各种条件。以此为研究方向,对该项目采用项目管理的可行性进行论证,并对运用项目管理的两大难点——组织分解结构和工作分解结构进行研究,为军队装备维修提供一种新的管理模式和指导方法。
The specific objectives of the technical requirements for the repair of military equipment include definite start and end dates, limited funding and multiple functional departments involving different units with a certain scale and complexity that meet the conditions of the project.
