对数字化测量环境下的飞机装配相对位置准确度快速评价技术进行了研究。通过构建一种飞机装配相对位置准确度分析模型,将飞机装配相对位置准确度评价转化为计算飞机装配特征点之间的相对位置关系评价,并开发了可柔性配置的评价工具以及评价结果可视化显示工具。以某型飞机起落架相对位置准确度评价为实例,验证了模型的可行性与有效性。
The rapid evaluation technology of the relative position accuracy of aircraft assembly in digital measurement environment was studied. By building an aircraft assembly relative position accuracy analysis model, the relative position accuracy evaluation of the aircraft assembly is transformed into the evaluation of the relative position relationship between the aircraft assembly feature points and the flexible configuration of the evaluation tools and the visualization of the evaluation results tool. The accuracy of a certain type of aircraft landing gear is evaluated as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
