随州市随县三里岗镇中心学校在探索、改革的进程中逐步研究,形成了“一.三.五”健康课堂教学模式。这是一种践行新课改理念,打造健康、自主、高效的课堂教学模式。目标引领:带动青少年健康自主发展教育生态形成“一.三.五”健康课堂教学模式中的“一”是指“造就健康自主发展的人,为学生的终身发展奠基”的目标。“健康自主发展”有两层含义:其一是自主意识,包括强烈的求知欲和好学精神,明确的学习目标和积极的学习态度;其二是自主能力,包括学生自主学习、自主管理、自主健身等。
