在观察中日对译语料中“可以”句被翻译成的日语时,我们发现存在着为数不少的「すればいい、したらいい」以及「すべきだ」等形式。这些形式由于具有共通的属性,在日语的语气研究中被称为“当否判断的语气形式”。由于“可以”与这些形式所表达的意义之间有一定的接点,在翻译中才会以一定的比例出现。本文即考察了「すればいい、したらいい「」すべきだ」等形式的意义与“可以”的意义之间的关联性与相异性。
When observing Japanese that the “can” is translated into Chinese and Japanese, we find that there are many forms such as “れ れ い, し た い い い” and “す べ き だ”. Because of their common properties, these forms are referred to as “the tone form of judgment” in Japanese tone studies. Due to the fact that “can ” has some connection with the meaning expressed by these forms, it can only appear in translation to some extent. This article examines the relevance and dissimilarity between the meaning of “れ ば い い, し た ら い い” “す べ き だ” and the meaning of “may ”.
