以云南杜鹃种子为材料,研究不同贮藏时间、不同萌发培养温度及不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟干旱胁迫对云南杜鹃种子发芽启动时间、萌发高峰期、发芽持续时间、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响。结果表明,云南杜鹃种子无休眠特性,常温下随贮藏时间的延长,发芽启动时间延迟,发芽持续时间延长,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数显著下降;温度越低,云南杜鹃种子发芽启动时间越长、发芽持续时间越长,适宜云南杜鹃种子萌发的温度为20~25℃;5%~25%PEG浓度范围内,随干旱胁迫程度的加深,云南杜鹃种子的发芽启动时间延迟,发芽持续时间延长,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数显著降低,25%PEG胁迫下未现种子萌发;杜鹃种子萌发的PEG胁迫半致死浓度为15.87%。
The seedlings of Rhododendron yunnanensis were used to study the effects of different storage time, different germination temperature and different PEG concentrations on the seed germination start-up time, germination peak, duration of germination, germination rate, germination potential , The impact of germination index.
