At the Tenth International Congress of Pharmacology held in Sydney, Australia in 1987, more scholars reported that the corresponding a_2 receptors also exist on the postsynaptic membrane (including the central and peripheral), and its function is not limited to negative feedback on neurotransmitters Regulatory effects may also include effects on cardiovascular activity, sympathetic tone, and adrenal catecholamine release. This article only on the content of a brief introduction. Effects of Adrenergic Angiotensin-2 Receptor on Cardiovascular Activity Since the discovery of a_2 receptors on the postsynaptic membrane, a new understanding of its role in cardiovascular activity has emerged. In Denmark, Nielson et al. Used microvascular angiographs to study the effects of a_2 receptors on human resistance arterioles (100-160 μM in diameter) in vitro using primarily blood vessels isolated from subcutaneous fat during surgery. 20 small blood vessels of 15 patients in a dose-dependent contraction of the a2 receptor agonist BHT933 in the presence of the a 1 receptor antagonist quinopiprazin,
