绩效管理是一种相当先进的管理措施,对于企业的发展有着极大的促进作用,目前已被我国企业所普遍采用,并且获得了相当好的社会反响。但这种先进高效的管理方法在国有企业的施行过程中有着诸多困境,并且难以取得应有的成效,如何应对这种状况促进国有企业的良性发展成为我国目前急需正视的一个议题。
Performance management is a rather advanced management measure, which has a great promotion effect for the development of the enterprise. At present, it has been widely adopted by Chinese enterprises and has obtained quite good social repercussions. However, this advanced and efficient management method has many difficulties in the process of the implementation of state-owned enterprises and it is difficult to achieve the desired results. How to deal with this situation and promote the sound development of state-owned enterprises have become an issue urgently needed to be addressed at present in our country.
