从20世纪70年代后期开始,交际语言教学法进入我国,意在提高学生的英语交流能力。然而,这一方法的采纳使得学生用英语交流的流利程度提高了,语言准确性却比以前有所下降。因此,交际教学法中的语法教学成为了许多教师关注的焦点。本文从我国英语教学的实际出发,对交际法产生的理论基础、历史背景,以及语法教学的目的和重要性进行了详细阐述,介绍了两种兼顾语言准确性和流利性的语法教学模式。
From the late 1970s onwards, communicative language teaching method has entered into our country, which aims to improve students’ ability of English communication. However, the adoption of this approach has led to an increase in students’ fluency in English and a decline in language accuracy over the previous years. Therefore, grammar teaching in communicative approach has become the focus of many teachers. Based on the reality of English teaching in our country, this paper elaborates the theoretical basis, historical background, and the purpose and importance of grammar teaching. It introduces two kinds of grammar teaching modes that take into account the accuracy and fluency of language.
