学校作为特有的社会组织,如何有效利用自身文化与环境优势,实现对教师、学生的最优化教育。本文拟从四个方面来展开对校园文化工作的论述:学校精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化。充分认识到学校管理与学校文化离不开校长、教师、学生的共同参与,因此认为“以人为本”是提高学校办学质量、优化学校育人环境的根本保证。
As a unique social organization, how to make effective use of its own cultural and environmental advantages to achieve the optimal education of teachers and students? This article intends to expand the discussion of campus culture from four aspects: school spirit culture, institutional culture, behavior culture and material culture. We fully recognize that school management and school culture can not be separated from the participation of school principals, teachers and students. Therefore, “people-oriented” is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of school administration and to optimize the education environment in schools.
