使用UTM试验系统,采取动态频率扫描试验对辽宁省高速公路沥青路面常用的三类混合料(AC-16、AC-20和AC-25),进行了4种试验温度和9种加载频率下的试验研究,比较分析了试验温度、加载频率对沥青混合料动态模量和相位角的影响.结果表明,同一加载频率下沥青混合料的动态模量随着试验温度的升高而降低,同一试验温度下沥青混合料的动态模量随着频率的增加而增加;进而依据时温等效原则,得到三类混合料的动态模量主曲线和主曲线簇,提出典型条件下的设计参数,为深入开展沥青路面的力学分析提供重要参量,为动态模量作为沥青路面设计参数和沥青性能评价提供了有益的参考.
Using UTM test system, the dynamic frequency scanning test was used to test the three types of asphalt mixture (AC-16, AC-20 and AC-25) commonly used in asphalt pavement of Liaoning Expressway. The results show that the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture decreases with the increase of test temperature at the same loading frequency, and the same test The dynamic moduli of asphalt mixture increase with the increase of frequency; and then the dynamic modulus main curves and main curve clusters of the three kinds of mixtures are obtained according to the time-temperature equivalence principle.
