我们从事一项技术(或技术管理)工作,在开始前,总要将工作的目的、意义、做法等等告诉和我们一起工作的同志,使他们也都明了,这样工作起来才能取得好的效果。工作结束后,要进行分析总结,得出有益的经验教训来指导新的工作。所有这些都需要用文字或语言来达到传播的目的。不论用什么方式(文字或口头)其目的无非是要把一个人或少数人的思想、主张传播给更多人,使他们能充分理解我们的思想、主张并变为他们自己的思想、主张,来指导行动。为此,要求我们在写或讲时经常要注意其效果。下面就如何写好(讲好)一个技术报告提出一些看法供参考:
