洋葱伯克氏菌群(Burkholderia cepacia complex,Bcc)大部分成员是重要的人类条件致病菌。虽然其分类学和分子鉴定研究已取得较大进展,但致病分子机理尚不明确,新药物开发进展十分缓慢。Bcc对许多常用临床抗菌药物都有耐药性,因此揭示其致病因子对新型抗菌药物或治疗方法开发具有重要意义。本文对Bcc主要致病因子、致病机理研究中存在的问题和采用的遗传工具方面的进展做了综述,重点介绍了耐药性、蛋白分泌系统、群体感应系统等6类重要致病因子。
Most members of the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc) are important human opportunistic pathogens. Although great progress has been made in its taxonomic and molecular identification studies, the molecular mechanism of pathogenicity is not yet clear and the development of new drugs has been very slow. Bcc is resistant to many commonly used clinical antimicrobials, thus revealing its virulence factors are important for the development of novel antimicrobials or therapeutic approaches. This review summarizes the main pathogenic factors in Bcc, the existing problems in pathogenic mechanism and the progress of genetic tools used, and mainly introduces six kinds of important pathogenic factors such as drug resistance, protein secretion system and population sensing system.
