目的调查无症状性高尿酸血症(HUA)的患病特点,探讨血尿酸(SUA)水平与MS及其组分的相关性。方法通过随机整群抽样,对301名山东铝业公司职工进行调查与体检,并进行血液检查,根据SUA水平分为高尿酸血症(HUA)组与正常尿酸(NUA)组。结果 HUA总检出率为22.3%,男性高于女性(P<0.01);MS检出率为25.2%,其组分超重或肥胖、高血糖、高血压、血脂异常的检出率分别为59.8%、18.9%、36.2%、34.9%,而HUA组MS及超重或肥胖、高血糖、高血压、血脂异常的检出率均高于NUA组(P<0.05);HUA组中具有2个及以上MS组分数目的患者多于NUA组(P<0.01);SUA水平与BMI、WC、SBP、TC、TG、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关;WC(OR:1.111,95%CI:1.053~1.172)、TG(OR:1.288,95%CI:1.015~1.634)、LDL-C(OR:1.739,95%CI:1.200~2.519)是发生HUA的相关因素。结论 SUA水平与MS及其组分密切相关,其中WC、TG与LDL-C是发生HUA的相关因素。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of asymptomatic hyperuricemia (HUA) and to explore the correlation between serum uric acid (SUA) levels and MS and its components. Methods By random cluster sampling, 301 employees of Shandong Aluminum Company were investigated and examined, and their blood tests were conducted. According to SUA level, they were divided into hyperuricemia (HUA) group and normal uric acid (NUA) group. Results The total detection rate of HUA was 22.3%, higher in males than in females (P <0.01). The detection rate of MS was 25.2%. The detection rates of overweight or obesity, hyperglycemia, hypertension and dyslipidemia were 59.8 %, 18.9%, 36.2%, 34.9%, respectively. The detection rate of MS and overweight or obesity, hyperglycemia, hypertension and dyslipidemia in HUA group were higher than those in NUA group (P <0.05) (P <0.01). SUA level was positively correlated with BMI, WC, SBP, TC, TG and LDL-C, but negatively correlated with HDL- (OR: 1.288, 95% CI: 1.015-1.634) and LDL-C (OR: 1.739, 95% CI: 1.200-2.519) were the related factors of HUA. Conclusions The level of SUA is closely related to MS and its components. Among them, WC, TG and LDL-C are the related factors of HUA.
