随着知识经济时代的到来和市场竞争的加剧,现代企业越来越重视员工满意度,如何满足员工的需求,使其高效率、高质量地为企业效力,成为企业关心的问题。本文是在回顾员工满意度文献的基础上,通过员工满意度调查获得数据,用主成分分析法对数据进行分析,并根据提取的成分进行打分。旨在通过了解一线员工的满意度情况,从而提出提高员工满意度的对策,进而提高企业的整体经营绩效。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy and the intensification of market competition, modern enterprises pay more and more attention to employee satisfaction and how to meet the needs of employees so that they become effective and high-quality enterprises. Based on the review of the employee satisfaction literature, this article obtains the data through employee satisfaction surveys, analyzes the data by principal component analysis and scoring according to the extracted components. The aim is to find out the countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction by understanding the satisfaction of front-line employees so as to improve the overall business performance of enterprises.
