以新强煤矿五采区45051急倾斜煤层综采工作面为背景,对急倾斜煤层综采工作面采煤机工作环境的特殊性、下行制动运行过程进行了分析,通过对采煤机制动转矩的产生和制动运行的调节过程进行研究,成功实现了在急倾斜煤层综采工作面电磁调速电牵引采煤机正常牵引与制动运行两种运行状态下的平稳切换与稳定运行,并成功将该技术应用在MG-2×125/580-WD型电磁调速电牵引采煤机上,使得该采煤机可以在最大角度达55°的工作面平稳运行。
Taking the 45051 steep inclined seam fully mechanized coal face in Xinqiang Coal Mine No.5 mining area as the background, this paper analyzes the particularity of the coal mining machine working environment in the fully mechanized coal mining face with inclined coal seam and analyzes the process of the downstream braking operation. The generation of torque and the adjustment process of brake operation, the successful switching and stable operation under the two operating conditions of normal traction and braking operation of electromagnetic speed control electric haulage coal winning machine in fully mechanized coal mining face with steep seam are successfully achieved The successful application of this technology to the MG-2 × 125/580-WD electromagnetic speed-controlled electric haulage shearer allowed the shearer to run smoothly on the working face up to a maximum angle of 55 °.
