一、前言冷轧取向硅钢片有两个主要性能参数,即磁感应强度和铁损。测量磁感强度一般采用艾布斯坦方圈,这种方法在工业生产中被广泛采用。然而测得的磁感应强度实际上是一个平均值,与某块样品的实际情况可能有差距。精确的测定方法是采用单片或双片测磁,但是这种设备在很多单位不一定具有。在研究冷轧取向硅钢片成品织构时,由于晶粒粗大,一般采用X射线劳埃法或腐蚀坑法,逐个测出每个晶粒的取向。在研究织构之后,有时还需要知道其磁感应强度。本
