食品安全监管所依据的标准就是食品安全标准,是指保证食品安全、维护公众和健康的重要技术支撑,是涵盖食品的生产、流通、销售的从农田到餐桌各个环节的统一性技术要求。我国的食品安全监管标准体系还不尽完善,必须确立食品安全标准体系的原则、实施食品安全标准体系的相关保障制度。
The standard on which food safety regulation is based is the food safety standard, which is an important technical support for ensuring food safety and public health. It is a uniform technical requirement covering all aspects from farmland to table covering food production, distribution and sales. China’s food safety regulatory standards system is still not perfect, we must establish the principles of food safety standards system, the implementation of food safety standards system related to security system.
