黄麻以收获韧皮纤维为目的,其纤维结构因品种和环境条件不同而有变化。但组成纤维结构的纤维群、纤维层、每层中的纤维束及每束中的纤维细胞,均有一定的分化发育规律。研究和掌握这些变化规律,可为高产栽培和选育种工作,提供理论依据。试验材料和方法供试品种;迟熟品种“716”、“粤圆5号”,中迟熟品种“粤圆1号”。试验分为普通栽培和不同施重追肥时期;不同施肥种类;三要素不同施用量;不同栽培密度等方面。1979年至1981年进行纤维常规发育研究;1980年至1982年进行不同环境条件下纤维细胞分化发育试验。迟熟品种每年均于3月28—29日播种,中迟熟种“粤圆1号”由于早播容易早花,每年均在4月15日播种。亩施土杂肥3000斤,过磷
