目的:研究嘎狗粘的质量标准,为制定合理的质控方法提供科学依据。方法:运用显微特征、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法对嘎狗粘中各成分进行定性、定量测定;对醇溶性浸出物、水分和总灰分进行测定。结果:嘎狗粘显微特征、薄层色谱鉴别特征明显;槲皮素、山柰素分别在0.002~0.050μg(r=1.000 0)、0.004~0.100μg(r=0.999 9)范围内呈线性,平均加样回收率分别为97.89%(RSD=0.89%,n=6),98.93%(RSD=1.31%,n=6)。结论:研究所得方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效地控制嘎狗粘的质量。
Objective: To study the quality standard of Gag dog sticky and provide a scientific basis for formulating reasonable quality control methods. Methods: The components of gecko viscous were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by microscopic characteristics, TLC and HPLC. The alcohol-soluble extract, moisture and total ash were determined. Results: The viscous micro-characteristics of the puppies and the distinguishing characteristics of the TLC were obvious. The contents of quercetin and kaempferol were linear in the range of 0.002-0.050μg (r = 1.000 0) and 0.004-0.100μg (r = 0.999 9) The average recoveries were 97.89% (RSD = 0.89%, n = 6) and 98.93% (RSD = 1.31%, n = 6), respectively. Conclusion: The research method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of gagging sticky.
