近年来,员工援助计划(EAP)逐渐进入我国,然而目前由于它进入我国时间尚不长,我国大部分企业对其并不十分了解,且由于该服务源自西方,它的服务内容和方式都具有浓厚的西方文化色彩,其发展仍需要一个较长的过程。本文对员工援助计划的内容,产生和发展,它目前在我国的发展现状,以及其实施过程中信息收集和分析时的注意事项做了归纳和阐述,为人们提供了一个EAP概貌,帮助我国企业全面认识EAP,同时为员工援助计划服务机构在信息收集和在分析方面提出了相关建议。
In recent years, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has gradually come into our country.
