目的正确使用二溴海因消毒剂并及时纠正存在的问题。方法运用消毒学的基础知识与实践应用相结合,通过临床实践使用观察法收集问题。结果经过2008年10月～2010年10月两年的临床使用观察发现所存在的问题:有刺激性气味,配制时散发出一种难闻的刺激性气味;有腐蚀性,浸泡消毒塑料制品时有残留余味;难溶解,用冷常水配制和温蒸馏水配制时,完全溶解需要20～30min。结论应认识使用过程存在的问题和注意事项,及时采取有效对应措施,做好防护工作,防止工作人员化学性的损害,杜绝影响医务人员健康因素发生。
Objective To correctly use dibromohexin disinfectant and correct the problems in time. Methods Using the basic knowledge of disinfection combined with practical application, using clinical observations to collect the problem. Results After two years of clinical observation from October 2008 to October 2010, the existing problems were found: an irritating smell and an unpleasant irritating odor when formulated; there was a corrosive and immersion disinfection of plastic products Residual residue; difficult to dissolve, with cold water preparation and warm distilled water preparation, completely dissolved takes 20 ~ 30min. Conclusions Should recognize the problems and precautions during the use process, take timely and effective countermeasures, do a good job in protection work, to prevent chemical damage of staff, to prevent the occurrence of health factors that affect the medical staff.
