爆炸应力波及爆生气体在损伤岩体中形成的应力场衰减规律及破岩机理是预裂爆破参数计算的基础。根据孔壁初始冲击压力与岩石强度的关系,得出了预裂爆破不耦合系数范围。然后,分析了损伤岩体中爆生气体形成的静态应力场,得出了预裂爆破形成的初始裂隙圈和炮孔间距。最后,以紫金山露天矿为试验现场,对理论研究进行了验证,为露天矿深孔预裂爆破的施工设计提供了参考依据。
The law of explosive stress and the stress field attenuation of explosive gas formed in the damaged rock mass and the rock breaking mechanism are the basis for the calculation of presplitting blasting parameters. According to the relationship between the initial impact pressure of rock wall and rock strength, the range of uncoupling coefficient of presplitting blasting is obtained. Then, the static stress field formed by the gas explosion in the damaged rock mass is analyzed, and the initial fissure ring and the distance between the gob holes formed by the presplitting blasting are obtained. Finally, taking Zijinshan open-pit mine as the test site, the theoretical research is verified, which provides a reference for the design of deep-hole pre-cracking blasting in open-pit mine.
