近年来,随着远程教育的迅速发展和幼儿教师从业要求的不断提升,许多幼儿教师选择通过远程学习来提升自己的专业素养与技能。在对504名接受远程教育的在职幼儿教师的问卷调研中发现:学习者年轻且从业年限短的居多,难以保障长时间集中学习,对学前教育专业技能和实践经验有着突出的学习需求。在此基础上,本研究认为构建幼儿教师远程虚拟实训平台、适宜于幼儿教师认知负荷的视频与图文资源、具有实践意义的远程微格教学资源以及基于混合学习模式的面授教学资源,可在一定程度上满足和解决幼儿教师的学习需求和存在的问题。
In recent years, with the rapid development of distance education and the increasing demands of kindergarten teachers, many preschool teachers choose to improve their professional skills and skills through distance learning. In a questionnaire survey of 504 preschool preschool teachers who received distance education, it was found that the majority of learners are young and have a short working life, which makes it difficult to guarantee long-term intensive study and has outstanding learning needs for preschool professional skills and practical experience. On this basis, this study suggests that the construction of remote virtual training platform for kindergarten teachers, video and graphic resources suitable for kindergarten teachers’ cognitive load, distance micro-grid teaching resources with practical significance and face-to-face teaching resources based on mixed learning mode, To a certain extent, can meet and solve the learning needs and existing problems of kindergarten teachers.
