The number of research projects and the number of awards and levels of a research unit within a certain period of time can basically reflect the overall scientific research level of the unit. It is one of the main indicators of the scientific and technological strength of the unit. This article analyzes the scientific research establishment and award-winning results of our institute from 1981 to 1995, discusses the advantages of scientific research work in our hospital and the problems to be solved, and then clarifies the future.
