随着中国经济的不断发展,企业自身的实力的扩展,目前我国企业分销渠道正经历着深刻的变革。随着市场划浪潮的的加剧,企业间的竞争越来越激烈。在市场环境发生深刻变化的新型条件下,本文针对企业的分销渠道变革、渠道管理的走向以及渠道的创新点进行了探析,提出了企业分销渠道变革中应注意的问题和策略。
With the constant development of China’s economy and the expansion of its own strength, the distribution channels of Chinese enterprises are undergoing profound changes. With the tide of market wave, the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce. Under the new condition that profound changes have taken place in the market environment, this paper analyzes the change of distribution channels, the trend of channel management and the innovation of channels, and puts forward the problems and tactics that should be paid attention to in the reform of distribution channels of enterprises.
