临床上,细菌性痢疾(简称菌痢)较常见,诊断及治疗亦较容易。但也有许多疾病的初发症状醋似菌痢,加之临床医生的疏忽大意,以致造成误诊,给患者带来了经济负担甚至严重后果。为了引起同道重视,现将我们自1985～1990年间误诊的26例加以总结归纳,以供参考。误诊的26例中,直肠癌、溃疡性结肠炎各4例,结肠癌6例,流行性出血热3例,过敏性紫癜2例,霉菌性肠炎1例,痔疮 Clinically, bacillary dysentery (referred to as bacillary dysentery) is more common, diagnosis and treatment is also easier.
