近年来,广州市来穗人员数量持续走高,给广州的城市治理带来了巨大压力。如何破解来穗人员管理困局,实现来穗人员的深度融合成为一个难题。本文在调研的基础上,提出了六大策略:一是转变观念,加大对来穗人员服务的工作力度;二是采取积极引导、分类推进的原则;三是完善来穗人员社会融合的制度政策;四是强化教育的融合引领作用;五是整合服务资源,建立多元化的服务格局;六是以社区为突破口,构建来穗人员的互动参与体系。
In recent years, the number of Guangzhou spikes to continue to rise, to Guangzhou’s urban governance has brought tremendous pressure. How to crack down on the difficulties of management of spikes to achieve the depth integration of spikes to become a problem. Based on the research, this paper puts forward six strategies: one is to change the concept and increase the service to the spike staff; the other is to adopt the principle of positive guidance and classified promotion; the third is to improve the social integration system to spike staff Policy; Fourth, to strengthen the leading role of integration of education; Fifth, integration of service resources, the establishment of a diversified service pattern; Sixth, take the community as a breakthrough, to build spike staff interactive participation system.
