执行工作如何做好?我们的指导思想是,坚持严肃执法,尽量通过说服教育,促使当事人自觉履行法院的生效判决,而对经教育仍拒不执行的,果断、稳妥地依法采取强制措施,既保证生效法律文书的执行,又注重良好的社会效果,为保障社会稳定、促进经济发展服务。1989年全省法院共受理申请执行和移送执行案件43684件,已执行完毕30792件,执结率为71％,执行标的额为14066万元。我们的具体做法和体会是:
