电解铝企业是用电大户。我国铝业人士认为其用电电价高、电费负担远高于国外（如加拿大、美国等）同行水平，要求降低电费负担。电业人士则认为，中外铝业电价不宜直接比较。追根探源，在于国情不同，当务之急，是研究制定符合我国国情的电解铝等高电耗企业用电电价政策。本文作者在认真考察加拿大。美国铝业公司用电价格的基础上，分析了我国与加。美“铝电”（指铝工业用电电价，下同）差异的原因，并提出了积极的建议。 高电耗“大客户”的用电电价高不高？电费负担要不要减？怎样减？这是相关行业极为关注的问题，更是电力行业要回答和解决的迫切问题。欢迎读者就本文涉及的问题展开讨论，共同做好深化电价改革这篇大文章。
Electrolytic aluminum enterprises are large consumers of electricity. Aluminium professionals in China believe that their high electricity tariffs and the burden on electricity bills are much higher than that of foreign counterparts (such as Canada and the United States) and require lower electricity bills. Electricians believe that the Chinese and foreign aluminum electricity prices should not be directly compared. The root cause of exploration lies in the fact that different countries have different circumstances and it is imperative to study and formulate the electricity price policy for high-power companies such as electrolytic aluminum that meet our national conditions. The author of this article is seriously looking at Canada. Based on the price of electricity used by Alcoa, it analyzed China’s plus Canada. The reason why the United States “aluminum” (refers to the price of electricity in the aluminum industry, the same below) is different, and put forward positive suggestions. High power consumption “large customers” high electricity prices are not high? Is the electricity bill burden reduced? How to reduce? This is a matter of great concern in related industries and is an urgent issue for the power industry to answer and resolve.
