目的研究绵萆薢Dioscoreaseptemloba的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取,石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取,反复硅胶柱色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质,气质联用分析和光谱数据比较鉴定化学结构。结果分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为4,8-二甲基-1,7-壬二烯(Ⅰ)、5-异丙基-2,8-二甲基环癸酮(Ⅱ)、3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯-1-醇甲酯(Ⅲ)、十二酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、N,N′-二硝基-1,2-环己二胺(Ⅴ)、1-辛炔-4-醇(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、棕榈酸(Ⅷ)、豆甾醇(Ⅸ)、6,7-二羟基-2-甲氧基-1,4-菲二酮(Ⅹ)、薯蓣皂苷元(Ⅺ)、鲁可斯皂苷元(ⅩⅡ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅢ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、ⅩⅡ、ⅩⅢ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dioscoreaseptemloba. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by ethanol extraction, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction and silica gel column chromatography. The chemical structure was identified based on physico-chemical properties, GC-MS and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4,8-dimethyl-1,7-nonadiene (Ⅰ), 5-isopropyl-2,8-dimethylcyclodecanone (Ⅱ) (III), methyl laurate (IV), N, N’-dinitro-1,2-cyclohexanediamine (V) (VI), β-sitosterol (VII), palmitic acid (VIII), stigmasterol (IX), 6,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-1,4- Phenanthrene dione (X), diosgenin (XI), rukosapogenin (XII), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (XIII). Conclusion The compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ, ⅩⅡ, ⅩⅢ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
